Liam Dillon hosts sell out October Chefs Club Lunch
An outstanding tasting menu was enjoyed by all attendees at the newly-refurbished Michelin-starred restaurant, The Boat in Lichfield.
Sitting in its own grounds, the restaurant and micro farm, where you find chickens, pigs, beehives, vegetable beds and poly tunnels, allows chef patron and BCF Member, Liam to grow and breed his own produce outside the back door.
Food and service were impeccable and it is very easy to see why this talented chef and his team were awarded a Michelin star.
Attention to detail, both in presentation and balanced and exciting flavours, were a joy to experience and a topic of conversation throughout lunch, which was served in the private dining room following a welcoming drinks reception.
Our most sincere thanks once again to Liam and his teams for such a warm welcome and rewarding experience.
