BCF members enjoyed another sellout Chefs Club Lunch at the Michelin-starred Adam’s Restaurant in Birmingham.

On arrival, guests enjoyed a welcoming cocktail before taking their seats in the private dining room.

Our sincere thanks go to chef-patron, Adam Stokes and his dedicated team, who were professional and attentive throughout the lunch. The food, as expected, was outstanding, with great care taken over all elements of the service. Each dish was carefully explained and the well thought out menu was accompanied by some well paired wines for each course.

Adam sources great seasonal produce, with each ingredient providing an exciting experience of flavour.
