Chef Leo Kattou hosted guests at The Bower House, Shipston for the BCF Chefs' Club Lunch in April.

Located in the historic Warwickshire market town of Shipston on Stour, which nestles on the edge of the Cotswolds, BCF members gathered at the Bower House Restaurant, for the fully booked Chefs Club Lunch event.

Chef Leo was head chef at the Michelin-starred restaurant, Simpsons Birmingham as well as a former British Culinary Federation Chef of the Year, Acorn Award winner - recognising Leo as one of the top  30 best chefs under 30 - and finalist of MasterChef: The Professionals.

Sommelier Giuseppe Longobardi who selected the wines, also boasts an impressive CV, having worked at high-end Private Clubs and restaurants, including Michelin-starred The Cross Kenilworth and Simpsons Restaurant Birmingham.

After the aperitif guests were guided into the sunlit dining room where Leo’s and Guiseppei’s experience shone through as the  fabulous lunch was served with accompanying wines, along with  front of house service that was both pleasant and professional.

Following BCF  tradition, the chef, his brigade and front of house team joined the diners at the end of the lunch, for a well-deserved "Santé du Chef".
