The evening will celebrate exceptional British ingredients, featuring products from prestigious partners such as Aubrey Allen, Petrossian Caviar, Seafood Scotland, Smith & Brock, and TRUEfoods. Guests will also enjoy a selection of English sparkling wines from Hundred Hills and a variety of craft beers from Empress Ale.
A highlight of the event will be an exclusive interview between Clare Smyth and renowned food and drink broadcaster Nigel Barden. The evening will also feature a live auction with incredible prizes, including a signed chef’s jacket autographed by all nine of the UK’s three Michelin-starred chefs.
Guests will be treated to a spectacular culinary experience, with dishes showcasing the best of British cuisine, prepared by Fortnum & Mason. The event promises to be an unforgettable night of celebration, culinary excellence, and support for Team UK as they prepare for the Bocuse d’Or.
The prestigious Bocuse d’Or competition, which has earned global acclaim, was recently spotlighted in the Hollywood film We Live in Time. The movie follows the journey of Almut, played by Florence Pugh, as she trains to represent the UK while facing the personal challenge of battling cancer.
This evening promises to be a memorable celebration of British talent, food, and the spirit of competition.
