After 18 months of planning, hard work and training for the largest culinary competition in the world, England’s National Culinary Team squad flew out this morning to their hotel for the IKA Culinary Olympics taking place at Intergastra, Stuttgart, Germany between 14–19th February.
Specialist vans left the country yesterday with both the senior and junior teams’ equipment and a variety of produce to link up with them all in Stuttgart.
I feel sure we all wish them well and lots of success representing their country, the BCF and its sponsors.
