Rhys Hanford Simpsons’s, Restaurant Edgbaston, Birmingham Thomas Featherstone Fullers (The Holly Bush, Hampstead) Adam Beaumont The Ritz, London Rebecca Bourne University College Birmingham Jamie MacDonald Absolute Taste, Bicester. Tim Harrison Le Petit Bois, Moseley Tom Finn Coworth Park, The Dorchester Collection. Ben Perks Peels, Hampton Manor Judges, include Michelin Starred Chefs Glyn Purnell, and Paul Foster, Idris Caldora MCA, David Colcombe, Stuart Mcleod, Franck Pontais. Winner receives a Gold Medal, David Bache Trophy, Cheque for £500, commemorative plate and certificate and seeded entry into the NYCOTY. Competitors have two hours to produce a Plant Based Starter, Main Course using Dry Aged Rib Eye of Grass Fed Irish Beef provided by Bord Bia and a Dessert of their choice, all for two covers.
