On Sunday 30th November held to remember a fellow colleague, who sadly passed away earlier this year.
The event helped to raise money for a charity that Wayne had always supported himself.

An excellent four course lunch with wine was held at the Kings Head, Aston Cantlow, Warwickshire, hosted by Chef patron Brett Sandland and his fellow team members.
In attendance along with Wayne’s immediate family were fellow BCF members, friends and colleagues, who will always hold very fond memories of him. A lovely family man, a great guy and excellent Chef. He will always remain in our hearts and thoughts and will never be forgotten.
The named charity for this event was Hospitality Action and with donations from the ticket price and raffle and a donation from the British Culinary Federation, managed to raise £1250.00 on the day.
A sincere “thank you” to the following people and companies for their generous contributions, which enabled this to be such a successful event; Simon Smith, Jon Pearse (Aubrey Allen), Mick Flynn (A M Baileys), Andy Sage (Sage Cafe), Rob Robbins (Caterfish & Tudor Seafood), Brett Sandland (King’s Head), Matt Cheal (Cheal's Restaurant), Rob Mason (Stratford Park Hotel & Golf Club) & Snehal Lakhani (Stratford Park Hotel & Golf Club).
