Universal Cookery & Food Festival returns for 2025

UCFF 2025 returns on Tuesday 16 September, promising a day packed with culinary inspiration, innovation and unforgettable experiences.

 

This year's chef-led festival will be at Tewinbury Farm, Hertfordshire and a chance to explore the freshest ideas, taste the best British produce, and connect with foodservice leaders from across the UK.


Food broadcaster Nigel Barden returns as host of the Trends & Debate Stage where panels will explore the most talked-about topics in hospitality, including whether artificial intelligence can replace your sous chef, the growing importance of B-Corp certification, wellness through food, and a celebration of local Hertfordshire food heroes shaping the UK’s culinary future.


Attendees can join expert forager Colin Wheeler-James on immersive foraging walks along the River Mimram as well has watch live cookery demonstrations on The Staff Canteen Live! stage from top chefs including Michelin-starred chefs Tom Aikens, and Daniel Clifford as well as Liam Anderson, Josh Angus, Brad Cacela and Sarah Hayward, sharing their techniques, insights and culinary creativity.


Throughout the day, guests will enjoy a full culinary experience with food curated by Head Chef Alan Paton and Michael Eyre.


Breakfast, lunch, and refreshments are all included in the ticket price.
