Two-Michelin-starred chef Aktar Islam pays a visit to UCB

Newly-crowned two-Michelin-starred chef, Aktar Islam took time out to welcome the Junior National Team back from the IKA Culinary Olympics competition in Stuttgart, Germany.

Islam, chef-patron of Opheem in Birmingham, was awarded a second Michelin star in a ceremony in Manchester last week.

Islam is a strong supporter of the training and employment of students in the industry and a close colleague of UCB College of Food.
