Semi Finalists Announced BCF Chef of the Year 2020

After a first round of judging. The British Culinary Federation announces the 16 chef  semi -finalists for the BCF Chef of the Year 2020 sponsored by Bord Bia  and Aubrey Allen supported by Staff Canteen.

Cook off will take place at University College Birmingham on Monday 23rd March followed by the final on Monday 20th April.
