Major launches new Global Paste range

Major has unveiled a brand-new Global Paste range designed to help chefs deliver authentic international flavours with speed and consistency in professional kitchens.

The new range features four authentic flavour bases inspired by world cuisines; Keralan , Laksa, Gochujang and Harissa and are certified vegetarian, vegan, halal and gluten-free, making it hugely versatile and suitable for a wide variety of menus and dietary needs.

Gochujang Global Paste captures the punchy balance of fruity spice and savoury umami of Korean cuisine, making it the perfect as a marinade or as an addition to stir-fries, stews, soups, and dipping sauces.
