Bocuse d'Or is hosting a glittering gala dinner on 17 November 2025, at London’s iconic Claridge’s that will shine a spotlight on the next generation of British culinary talent as they prepare to compete on one of the world’s most demanding gastronomic stages.

Often described as the "culinary Olympics", the Bocuse d’Or is the most prestigious live cooking competition in the world, bringing together elite chefs from over 60 countries in a fierce display of skill, creativity, and precision. Representing the United Kingdom will be a team of young chefs determined to bring home gold.

The gala will be held in Claridge’s renowned ballroom, where guests will enjoy a sumptuous seven-course dinner paired with exceptional wines. The evening aims to raise vital funds for Team UK, supporting their training, travel, equipment and preparation in the lead-up to the competition in Lyon, France.

The event will also feature a live auction offering exclusive, one-of-a-kind experiences, with all proceeds going directly to support the team’s journey.
