Countdown to the coming together of talented young chefs. BCF Young Chef of the Year will be taking place on Monday 10th November at University College Birmingham.
Competition organiser, Peter Griffiths, said: “Once again the BCF has been delighted with the number of entries this year. The calibre has been from right across the industry, including establishments which have 10 Michelin stars between them. It promises to be an exciting and testing day for all.”
