BCF Chef of the Year finalists revealed

The 14 finalists have been announced for the competition.
The winner will be revealed on Monday 23 June at a dinner and awards evening following the competition at University College Birmingham.
The winning chef will be rewarded with an inspired Irish Beef chefs trip to Ireland compliments of Sponsors Aubrey Allen and Bord Bia along with receiving a cheque for £2,000
Judges confirmed are Fabrice Uhryn, the Waterside Inn; Daniel Stucki, Sketch; Aktar Islam, Opheem; Adam Smith, Coworth Park; Rachel Humphry, Chez Roux and previous winner Kevin Buck, Fantomas.
Competition organiser Peter Griffiths said: "Once again support and interest from industry has been terrific and very encouraging .The BCF is looking forward to what promises to be another very exciting final."
Chef of the Year is supported by Goodfellows and Steelite Utopia.
