Essential Cuisine launches brand new Signature Veal Stock Reduction

Essential Cuisine extends their market-leading Signature range of high quality, ready-to-use ingredients with a Veal Stock Reduction, described as “a light, yet full-flavoured stock with a gelatinous texture”. With chefs and hospitality professionals busier than ever, this product has launched at the perfect time providing caterers with an extraordinary depth of flavour that can be used as a finished ingredient, or built upon.

The range is gluten free, with some products containing no declarable allergens^ providing you with added peace of mind. Packaged in ambient cartons, otherwise known as UHT – the products see a short blast of heat before being packed into sterile packaging meaning no preservatives with benefits including maximum shelf life, whilst eliminating wastage and the cost of storage.
